Back in 2003 I had a 2 mp camera that could take long exposures at night. The sky was a deep blue and the moon was out. I set up a tripod outside Bethany Church and faced east, toward the Bethany library. After taking the shot, I added more color saturation (control U in Photoshop) and then put a "drybrush" filter over it. I like the richness of the colors.
